§ Mr. RaisonA major review of the Community Projects Foundation with particular emphasis on its central demonstration role was undertaken during 1980 by the Voluntary Services Unit. As a result some important changes in the foundation's method of working have been agreed with the trustees. We do not consider that any alternative arrangements would provide the national focus and lead for other organisations in the community work field which the Community Projects Foundation is capable of giving.
