§ Mr. MellorI am satisfied that many industrial companies have shown considerable initiative in this field, in many cases assisted by my Department through energy audits, surveys and demonstration projects, but I remain concerned that a significant number of companies which could benefit from energy conservation schemes have not yet undertaken any.
