Member for Islington, Central concerning the possible closure of the Islington Brook advisory centre; and what advice his Department has offered about the further funding of this project through urban programme funding.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergI replied to the hon. Member on 9 December, with an explanation of the reasons for the delay. In my letter I said that I fully recognised the value of family planning provision within the NHS and the service given by Brook advisory centres. I am in touch with the Department of the Environment about the future urban programme funding of the Islington Brook advisory centre.
