§ Mr. KingNone. Partnership allocations are not based on a notional sum but on the value of projects actually approved. Although no new statutory schemes have been approved so far this year, other schemes totalling £4.63 million have been approved and further schemes including new statutory ones are expected to be approved in the light of my right hon. Friend's answer to the hon. Member for Norwood (Mr. Fraser) on 2 December.—[Vol. 14, c.231–232.] Decisions are still to be taken on specific allocations in the light of my right hon.
