§ Mr. WakehamA number of inquiries have been received from charities wishing to take advantage of the concession, nearly all of whom envisage operating on a local basis. The development of any system for wider distribution will necessarily take some time to establish, and I think it will be a year of two before charities are ready to take full advantage of the concession.
