§ Mr. WigginThe cost of constructing hardened shelters for military aircraft at Marham, Wattisham, Coningsby, Leuchars, Lossiemouth and Stornoway is estimated to be about £74 million. It is expected that NATO will contribute about £58 million of this sum. A public announcement about particular projects will only be made if the circumstances warrant it.
