§ Mr. BlakerThe facilities that have been provided at Devonport were originally intended to support two SSN streams and the increase to three streams will largely be met by increased utilisation of these. Some additional facilities will be required and studies are in hand to determine the precise needs but additional capital expenditure arising from three-stream refitting is expected to be relatively small.
