§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what consideration he has given to the banning of imports of hazardous waste materials into the United Kingdom except where they are to be used in a recycling process;
(2) what quantities of hazardous waste materials have been imported in each of the last five years; and if he will identify the nature of the waste materials.
