§ Mr. StanleyHousing subsidy payments to partnership and programme authorities in 1980–81 were included in the table placed in the Library in connection with the answer given to the right hon. Member by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment on 19 November 1981 [Vol. 13 c.220.] As stated by my right hon. Friend in the same answer, the first estimates for 1981–82 outturn are unreliable at individual authority level.
