§ Mr. Waddington[pursuant to his reply, 1 December 1981, c. 83]: The Health and Safety Commission believes that its current agreement with the Secretary of State for Energy provides a satisfactory framework for the mutual regulation of safety at work in connection with North Sea oil and gas.
