§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will take appropriate action to ensure that civil servants who have refused to take part in strike action will not be discriminated against by 331W superior officers who have taken strike action and who are responsible for the completion of annual reports and the making of a recommendation for promotion.
§ Mr. AlisonI am satisfied that in the Northern Ireland Office and the Northern Ireland Departments adequate safeguards exist to ensure objective standards in the completion of staff reports.
