§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo. The Government have now established a clear policy for the sale of such houses. Empty houses are all being sold at market value with vacant possession. Tenanted houses are being offered for sale to their occupants on terms which reflect their tenancies and are not sold for less than the market value of the property with a sitting tenant.
