§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the highest level of allowable travelling costs, in terms of pence per mile, for officers of the Welsh Office travelling in their own cars on official business; and what are the corresponding figures for the Welsh Development Agency, the Development Board for Rural Wales, the Welsh Water Authority, the area health authorities in Wales and local authorities in Wales.
