§ Mr. Winnickasked the Secretary of State for Employment, pursuant to his reply, Official Report, 7 April, column 260, how many of those persons aged 45 years and over who are registered as unemployed in (a) the West Midlands, (b) the Black Country and (c) the Walsall travel-to-work areas have been unemployed for over three months, six months and 12 months, respectively.
