§ Sir Ronald Bellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer why Rolling Transport Systems Ltd. of Beaconsfield, value added tax registration number 212/7067/92, is not being paid the £111,846 owed to it since the end of February by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise; and if he will take steps to enable this company to continue its export business, with its related recovery of value added tax, without incurring a severe financial loss.
