§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to the reply which he gave to the hon. Member for Renfrewshire, East in the Official Report, dated 31 March, c. 38, what steps he proposes to take to increase the dog licence fee to at least cover the cost.
§ Mr. Rifkind[pursuant to his reply, 3 April 1981, c. 162]: Possible changes in the level of the licence fee are discussed in the 1976 report of the working party on dogs, on which the Government have not yet announced decisions.
