§ Mr. McKelveyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what arrangements are being made to distribute to individual civil servants' mail addressed personally to them at Cumbernauld accounts office, which is currently being diverted to Post Office Box No. 1000, Glasgow; and whether senior management personnel have removed such mail from the Post Office Box.
