§ Mr. St. John-StevasProduction of bound volumes of the Official Report has fallen behind because of staff shortages at the St. Stephen's Parliamentary Press and the exceptionally heavy demands made on the press during the current Session of Parliament.
The Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office expects publication of the bound volumes to re-commence before the end of the year and gradually to become more timely during 1981.
