§ Mr. WigginThe Brewers Society, whose members market the bulk of the beer sold in the United Kingdom, recently recommended them to label their products with a declaration of original gravity and, where appropriate conditioning and method of dispense. The Government hope that voluntary action of this sort, which would provide the customer with valuable additional information, will make it possible to avoid statutory regulations.
