§ 19. Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Defence what reply he has given to the representations made to his Department by Alnwick district council about the Ministry contribution to the cost of repairing Amble north pier breakwater.
§ Mr. PattieAlnwick district council was formally advised on 4 August 1980 by the Property Services Agency, acting on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, that an additional contribution over and above that payable by the Department of the Environment under the Coast Protection Act 1949 could not be agreed.
