§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will make a statement on the Canadian Pacific Steamship Company's proposal to change the registry of the company's 30 Bermudan registered vessels to the United Kingdom register.
§ Mr. Tebbit:Twenty-one vessels owned by Canadian Pacific (Bermuda) Ltd and registered under the British flag at Hamilton, Bermuda, have been transferred to the United Kingdom register at London. The decision to transfer the registry of any vessel rests with its owners.
