asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will state, by categories of the various services affected, the extent of the interference with such services resulting from the present illegal use of the 27.5 MHz frequency by an estimated 300,000 users.

The illicit use of the 27 MHz frequency band for speech transmissions has caused interference to the following radio services: Model control, hospital paging, television reception, fire service communications and police communications. Information concerning the extent of the interference to each service is not readily available.
