§ 33. Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he now expects to be able to lay before Parliament proposals for the introduction of a road equivalent tariff to the Scottish Islands.
§ Mr. RifkindReplies to our consultative paper on "Sea Transport to the Scottish Islands" indicated a wide range of views on road equivalent tariffs as a basis for ferry charges. These are being considered and my right hon. Friend hopes to announce his conclusions early in 1981.
