§ 25. Mr. Trippierasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he proposes to take as a result of the recommendations contained in the report of the Standing Commission on Pay Comparability on the Association of Magisterial Officers.
§ Mr. BrittanThe joint negotiating committee for justices' clerks' assistants is responsible for negotiating the pay and conditions of service of the staff concerned. I understand that the committee will consider the commission's recommendations at a meeting later this month.
