§ Mr. HeseltineMy right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced on 29 October that the Government had chosen Dudley and Corby as the locations of two enterprise zones in the Midlands. We do not propose to choose any further sites in the Midlands at this stage.
