§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take immediate steps to expedite the final determination of the route of the proposed Llanrwst bypass; and when he expects to announce the route decided upon.
§ Mr. Michael RobertsConsideration of the route to be adopted for the bypass is still proceeding as quickly as resources permit. Proposals have been made to improve one of the possible routes and these are under examination. We do not, however, expect to be in a position to announce a decision until 1981.
