§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list in the Official Report his estimate of the total number of dwelling houses in the s region of Scotland which will be excluded from the right to buy under the terms of section 1 of the Tenants' Rights Etc. (Scotland) Amendment Bill; and if he will provide a breakdown of his total estimate by reference to each district council within the region.
