§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales what possibility there is that Wales' only day abortion clinic at the University hospital in Cardiff may be reopened after its closure eight months ago, in view of the fact that women needing such facilities now have to travel to London and the Midlands with the prohibitive extra costs involved.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThis service was provided by the South Glamorgan health authority between December 1977 and December 1979 when it was discontinued. A decision whether to re-open the clinic is a matter for the authority.
