§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list all those penal establishments in which a disturbance has occurred in the last 12 months, giving in each case the date, the nature of the disturbance, the number of prisoners involved and the stated reasons for the disturbance and whether the minimum use of force tactical intervention squad was used.
