§ Mr. Prentice[pursuant to his reply, 21 April 1980, c.51–52]: The provisions of the Bill do not affect personal benefits available under this scheme, but increases 232W of those benefits payable in respect of unemployability and for a dependant wife are affected because their equivalents under the Social Security Act are affected by clause 1 of the Bill.
