Member for Aberdeenshire East, Official Report, 6 May, columns 27–8, whether he will explain how the present limited telex facilities operate; and whether he will set out the proposals for a fuller service that were examined by the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee, giving the reasons why each proposal was not accepted.
