§ Mr. FowlerThe fitting of lead filters is one of several options for reducing lead emissions from vehicles. However, a decision on this matter must await conclusion of the Government's examination of the Lawther report on " Lead and Health ", which includes an assessment of the implications for health of leaded petrol.
