§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many intimation notices had been served on the Northern Ireland Housing Executive from 1 March 1979 to 29 February by each district council in regard to defects in dwellings; and how many statutory public health notices were served under section 110 of the Public Health Act 1878 by each district council as a result of non-compliance with the above intimation notices.
