§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has any plans to hold a second border poll in 1983.
§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsUnder the provisions of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973 a poll may be held at any time after 9 March 1983. I consider it to be too early to make plans for holding any such poll.
