§ Mr. RaisonI am not aware of any complaints about the administration of the scheme operated on the Government's behalf under section 29 of the Immigration Act 1971 by International Social Service of Great Britain and we have no plans for altering the present arrangement. The scheme operated by the Supplementary Benefits Commission is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services.
