asked the Secretary of State for Social Services, for the financial years ending April 1980 and April 1981, what is the relative proportion of total estimated expenditure by the National Health Service on (a) clerical and administrative staff, (b) equipment and technology and (c) capital investment which is directly related to medical treatment.
