§ Mr. Jim LesterFollowing are the employment office areas, either singly or grouped to form travel-to-work areas, which at 13 March 1980 had unemployment rates higher than the figure of 11.5 per cent. for Northern Ireland
Camelford, Cardigan, Consett*, Ebbw Vale*, Falmouth, Hartlepool, Helston, Holyhead*, Hunstanton, Ilfracombe, Kingsbridge, Lampeter*, Liverpool*, Mablethorpe, Newquay, Ormskirk*, Rhyl, St. Ives, Skegness, Tenby, Tywyn, Wadebridge, Wearside*, Whitby.
