§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that no decision has yet been taken on the proposed new skillcentre in Mancheser. It accepted in January that the skillcentre network should be rationalised and improved, but is still considering the various proposals relating to existing and proposed centres in the light of consultations with regional and local interests. The commission will take its decisions in April.
