§ Mr. FoxThe Government gave a grant of £275,000 in 1979–80 to the Keep Britain Tidy Group, which campaigns vigorously against litter on many fronts in collaboration with local authorities, voluntary groups and industry. Advertising plays an important though not exclusive role in this campaign.
