§ Mr. Strawasked the Lord Privy Seal what assistance his Department has been able to give in respect of Mr. James Moss, a British citizen, presently detained in Mongu prison, Zambia.
§ Mr. LuceOur High Commission in Lusaka has been able to provide appropriate consular advice and assistance, within the constraints of the restrictions on travel outside Lusaka. Officers of the High Commission last visited Mr. Moss in Mongu, some 600 km. from Lusaka, on 11 March. We have kept relatives in this country informed of developments in the case.
