§ Mr. MayhewMy right hon. Friend has received representations from a number of organisations, including the TUC and CBI, on the consultation paper on trade union immunities published on 19 February. The period of consultation comes to an end on Friday. We shall be considering all representations before drawing up an appropriate amendment to the Employment Bill.
§ 36. Mr. Knoxasked the Secretary of State for Employment what consultations he is having with the Trades Union Congress and the Confederation of British Industry about the long-term improvement of industrial relations.
