§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. Friend presently has the matter under consideration and intends to issue further guidance in due course. He will wish to consider the results of the review of the operation of the Act and the English code of guidance currently being conducted by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment.
