On the question of the historic cost and current value of public sector housing I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave him on February 8.
The Housing Bill includes provisions for discounts for those tenants who exercise the right to buy; these could range from 33 per cent. to 50 per cent.—[Vol. 978, c. 364–5.]
