§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergAbout 250,000 public sector dwellings were insulated in 1978–79 at a cost of about £12.5 million, and it is expected that over718W 500,000 will be insulated in 1979–80, at an estimated cost of £25 million. The number of public sector dwellings which will be insulated during 1980–81 will depend on the sums allocated by the authorities concerned for this purpose.
