Mr. Aglionby sent his report to me. Copies were made for the chairman of the Horserace Totalisator Board, at whose request the inquiry was set up, and for the Ministers and officials650W concerned. The notes of the evidence have been retained in the Home Office; they have not been, and will not be, sent to the chairman or to anyone else at the Tote.
