(2) if he will consider placing Rugby in category D instead of category F for cost limits because of the considerable rehabilitation now required there.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergRugby borough council was placed in category F for purposes of the delegated cost limits on improvement expenditure following an analysis of the rehabilitation costs incurred in the area. We are willing to consider any information from Rugby to support a claim for recategorisation, but no evidence to justify such a change has been received.
