asked the right hon. Member for Middlesbrough, as representing the House of Commons Commission, if he will list the number of persons employed in each of the Departments listed as A.1 to A.8 in the Supply Estimates 1979–80 (Class XIII-A: House of Commons Administration), distinguishing full- from part-time staff.

The present numbers of staff in the Departments listed at A.1 to A.6 of the Estimate are as follows:

Department of the Official Report 67 Nil

The other two sub-heads do not cover departmental staff.
