§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will take steps to require that, on prescriptions written by general practitioners within the National Health Service, the names of products be either typed or clearly written in block capital letters.
§ Dr. VaughanI fully share the hon. Member's concern that general practitioners' prescriptions should always be legible, but I do not think that this objective would be furthered by imposing a statutory requirement.
