§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergRegulations requiring insulation of new non-domestic buildings came into force in 1979. Consultations have been undertaken on my right hon. Friend's proposals for higher standards for domestic buildingse and his decision will be announced as soon as possible. Standards for buildings to which Crown immunity applies are at least as high as those required of the private sector. Financial incentives are provided for the insulation of uninsulated existing dwellings with listed materials.
