§ Mr. LuceThe appointment of Mr. R. A. C. Byatt CMG as British High Commissioner to Zimbabwe was announced on 18 April. His staff includes a consul. The Zimbabwe Government have not yet appointed any diplomatic or consular staff to the United Kingdom.
